We built EPIK's Solana airdrop, from eligibility list to launch in about 2 weeks.

Two audiences, one fixed launch date.
The eDuck and EPIK team wanted to reward wallet holders and its X community, support Ledger and mobile wallets, and get unclaimed tokens back afterwards.
02What we built
One claim site for every holder
Wallet holders and verified members of the X community each had a way to claim, all on one site. After the deadline, unclaimed tokens went back to the treasury.

04The hard part
A fixed date, and wallets that all behave differently
EPIK's launch date couldn't move. Holders used Ledger, Solflare and mobile wallets, and each handles verification its own way.
How we handled it
We gave holders more than one way to verify, so each could get through with the wallet they had. Those fixes shipped in launch week.
